Our Executive Chef
Helmut Beng, born in Allgäu, has been head chef at the Rosenalp for around 2 decades. He is responsible for the good taste in the Rosenalp - in any dietary variation and he knows every trick to cooking healthy tasty food. He has not only found his vocation in the Rosenalp - but also he found the love of his life here, who is actually now his wife.
