Our Executive Chef

Helmut Beng, born in Allgäu, has been head chef at the Rosenalp for around 2 decades. He is responsible for the good taste in the Rosenalp - in any dietary variation and he knows every trick to cooking healthy tasty food. He has not only found his vocation in the Rosenalp - but also he found the love of his life here, who is actually now his wife.

Get to know our nutritional expert and diet chef in person. On Sundays from 9 p.m. there is a regular Meet & Greet with Helmut Beng in the Rosenstüble.

In all our diets, we attach great importance to fresh, top quality food, which gives you energy for life. That is why we rely on good regional products such as hay milk from the Allgäu region, eggs from the Bregenzerwald, fruit from Lake Constance farmers, fish and meat from the surrounding area. Our cuisine goes with the seasons and we look forward to delighting you with spring, summer, autumn and winter dishes à la Rosenalp.
